The first meeting of the people who initiated Rotary in Belarus. The exact date is still being researched.
The founding generation
People who brought Rotary to Belarus
Vitaly Smirnov, Vasily Kiselev and Alexander Bezberdy led the initiative. International friends — including Rotary clubs in Nottingham and Brevik, and Dr. Paul Nikolai Ehlers — helped build the first connections.
